compile the code using maven mvn install then use the utility via comamndline: java -jar target/bma-decoder-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar <filename> or java -jar target/bma-decoder-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar <retrieved hash> to extract the serial and token secret.
