I want to split LVG off, so I can feel free to remove LVG specific cruft, like fact-checking system, from main branch.

Refactoring of directory structure and client-side code. Lots of bug fixes.

Contains a number of improvements for ensuring system stability. Acceptance test framework based on Casperjs. Automatic reporting to server of clientside javascript and ajax errors. Automatic database backups.

Upgraded system to Rails 4

Final release for LVG 2013. This is the version of the code that CityClub will have access to in the future, unless we work with them again.
