• Architecting and maintaining high-performance data pipelines at Lighthouse.
• Driving data quality, reliability, and engineering best practices within my team.
• Python Steering Committee: Leading company-wide initiatives to modernize our Python ecosystem, establishing engineering best practices, and rolling out next-gen tooling like uv and Ruff.
• AI Steering Committee: Championing the integration and adoption of AI developer tools (such as Claude Code) to accelerate workflows and boost engineering productivity across the organization.
