An experiment into using continious integration to sync the testnet cardano database.

• Copy my current article repsoitory
• see if git-crypt can still decompile articles.
• try to run it the current tutorial.
• if it does, then clean the repository
• make it run once a day
• make it generate the markdown with the article running
• create an image, that says the last time the tutorial executed correctly.
• Clean the the tutorial with all the instructions required to execute it.
