  • 🌕 Flowjomojo: a ReactFlow-based web-app for modules drag-and-drop to generate Nextflow pipeline. This is a project I'm contributing for st.Jude's BioHackathon.
  • 🔨 Biofetch: a Nextflow pipeline to parallely download FASTQ files from NCBI, ENA & GEO metadata
  • 🤖 Host, viral, chimeric reads extraction pipeline: An adaptation from nf-core/viralrecon to extract reads for human, viral, and host-viral reads from human RNAseq data.
