GitHub action for making and publishing changes related to versioning an for creating a new release.
Uses tools newchanges and vp. Only platforms Linux, macOS, Windows on architectures ARM64, RISCV64 and X64 are supported.
Commit and push the changelog using the latest version written to it and create a new release:
