[UPDATE - Maintenance has been completed.]

We have planned maintenance to update our site sign-up and account recovery systems. During this time, site sign-ups and account recovery links may give an error. Once the maintenance is complete, a new sign-up or account recovery link may be requested again.

Please note that any sign-ups generated up to 24 hours before the maintenance window and account recovery links that were generated 30 minutes before it may be impacted. This only affects links that were not redeemed before the maintenance window.

The window is scheduled for Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 11pm - 11:30pm UTC (7pm to 7:30pm ET). I’ll update this post once the maintenance has been completed.
