Simple nature cards

These cards were very simple to make.

All I did was stamp the Postcard Tag on a piece of patterned paper (thank you Sue), cut them out, added embellishments, extra stamping, cut out a couple of butterflies and then adhered the tag to card stock. I then cut around the tag and added some string.

Have a lovely weekend!

O yes, I wanted to share a card that was a Fab5 yesterday on the Hero Arts blog, was so lucky to win some stamping goodies!

Stamped the Postcard Tag onto patterned paper and cut out. Used half the image of the Starburst Lace Stamp from Hero Arts which is embossed. The butterfly is cut out from PP. Added some pearls and a ribbon and its ready.

Hero Arts Monthly Challenge - try something new

Hello everybody, hope you are all well! The weather has stabilized itself, although cold, the sun shines into the home in the afternoon, and that gives a lovely feeling.

I wanted to share these Hybrid cards which are for the Monthly challenge over at Hero Arts, to try something new.
I won a digital prize in December during a 24 hour scramble and Tami sent me the Botanical Tulips set which I printed, cut out and painted with distress inks, before I attached them to the Post Tag stamp which is one of Hero Art's 2013 releases. I placed the tag on the vertical left fold of cardstock and cut around it making these into cards.

I stamped the Tag onto Patterned paper. Stamped some leaves around the tag, direct to paper with bundled sage distress ink. Stamped the Friends definition. Printed the digital Tulip, painted with distress inks and cut out, adhered to tag. Added a couple of gems and some pink baker's twine before I placed it onto the fold of some cardstock and cut it out.

I did the same with this tag as the one above. Just cut out some digital butterflies which were printed on PP.

This stamp has reignited my inspiration.

Have a creative day!
