Sooooo, "about me"... My primary language is Java, for well over 10 years. I'm an expert in managing multiplayer video game servers, and I have an extensive expertise in the development and the Java code of the Minecraft video game (plugins, mods, networking, and many other aspects).

My main activity is creating websites, using all kinds of stacks, tools, and languages; like regular or Symphony PHP, JavaScript native or React/Node/Bun/Deno, sometimes Python Flask/Django/FastAPI, or even but very rarely Java Spring. The list is long, depending on my front-end or back-end needs and what I want do achieve.

Since Java is my primary language and the one I know best, I mainly use it to create my personal software. For the software I create professionally, it depends on many factors (platform, client needs, etc.).

I work under the name Alka (or Alkanife), with my small company called ALKAWORKS. I mainly do private consulting for companies or individuals. I also sometimes work as a trainer, in private schools or companies. ― Wether it's for a specific field and it's just a few days, weeks... Or, rarely, I do long training sessions lasting several months.

Besides my small business with ALKAWORKS, I sometimes work in companies for conventional work as a web, or software developer (so not as a consultant, but as a regular employee).
