Create a New Topic in the Codev Web
Please use one of the forms below to create a new topic in this, the Codev web.
If you want to ask a
support question then please go to the
Support web and follow the instructions there.
Please make sure you are not duplicating already existing topics. Use
WebSearch or use the
GatewayTopics to find topics that cover the same ground. There are also links under each heading to
existing topics of that type that are under active development.
Please note that the feature and bug forms are for the ProposedNewFormsInCodev using the new ChangeProposalForm and are still being finalised, feedback is welcome. See ChangeProposal for a short overview of the new workflow. You will also not find forms here for creating topics with
WebForm as it is soon to be depreciated.

Please start a new topic for each feature request.
- Consider filing a Support question unless you are very sure that you cannot do what you want with the current feature set or with one of the many Plugins.
- Please scan over the existing feature requests to see if it has been requested already.
- NOTE: you might want to make yourself familiar with our Acceptance/Rejection Process of new features.
- If you are including code to implement features, thanks for contributing to TWiki's development! Please see the PatchGuidelines to make your patch easier to apply.

Note: We are using a separate TWiki installation to track bugs. To report a bug, you need to have a valid TWiki.org account. To get an account, please
register on twiki.org, wait for one hour, then file a bug report on the develop.twiki.org server at
Bugs:WebHome
. (It takes up to one hour to synchronize the account database to the develop.twiki.org server.)
Submit new refactoring proposal

Submit new documentation request
Please start a new topic for each doucumentation request.
- Please scan over the existing requests to see if it has been requested already.
- Requests are for documentation to be included in TWiki releases, usually in topics in the TWiki web.
- If you want documentation for developers and/or the TWikiCommunity that will stay in the Codev web on TWiki.org then simply Create a basic topic with an appropriate classification and ask for help writting the topic.
- New release documentation for the TWiki web should be written according to the TWikiDocsStyleGuide
