Adding DevTools to the Debugging & Development section.

DevTools is a free, open-source (MIT) browser-based suite of 28 developer utilities: JSON formatter, Base64 encode/decode, JWT decoder, UUID generator, regex tester, diff checker, SQL formatter, hash generator, timestamp converter, YAML↔JSON, and more. Everything runs 100% client-side — no data leaves the browser. No signup required.
