mesh11sd: update to version 6.2.1

Description: mesh11sd (6.2.1)

This is a bug fix release.
It includes:

• Fix - sticky onlink route where peer nodes fail to connect to portal ULA when portal is in Mesh Bridge Portal (MBP) mode.
• Fix - apmond return code 4 from spider request. Uhttpd responds with expected \r\n, but then sends unexpected response headers, causing uclient-fetch spider option to fail with code 4.
• Add - nfs rule to drop proprietary discovery packets sent by PowerLine adaptors as these otherwise cause Phantom Meshnodes to appear in the HWMP mesh routing tables and potentially become mac-routing black holes.

I added a blank line between first (title) and second (maintainer) lines in the commit message.
I see it locally, but on Github it is still missing....
Is Formalities going to fail again?....
