基于webman/console实现phinx和laravel的migrations命令

安装

composer require x2nx/webman-migrate

使用

• 配置文件所在位置：config/plugin/x2nx/webman-migrate/app.php

• 配置说明
  driver=phinx 则集成phinx的console
  driver=migrate 则集成larvel的migrate
