The European Online Dispute Resolution platform under Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was discontinued on July 20, 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
