I am trying to combine some text, which could be a separate file, or not, it's just a few sentences, plus the date and copy it all to the clipboard using Shortcuts in either iOS or Mac and not having luck getting both.

What I want to accomplish is to generate a text like

thanks for your feedback. Please enjoy this coupon for a free item, good for 10 days from today. Jan 11, 2025 at 3:03 PM

and paste this into an email.

I can do the date or I can do the text but I'm trying to do both in the same shortcut. I want to copy both to the clipboard and I'm having trouble. Can you help?

Here is an example adding current date and adjusted date for expire. You can also see here I just inputted the dates as varibles directly into the formatted text to give you more freedom on your text formatting. (ie: Putting dates on additional lines)
