- $\begingroup$ I am aware of this method of changing hotkey. Unfortunately modal keys do not show up in this. Please check edited question for extra explanation. $\endgroup$SSD– SSD2023-01-23 17:53:35 +00:00Commented Jan 23, 2023 at 17:53
- $\begingroup$ That works for me! Shift-Q now brings up the proportional falloff pie menu instead of Shift-O which I assume is what you wanted? $\endgroup$John Eason– John Eason2023-01-23 17:55:13 +00:00Commented Jan 23, 2023 at 17:55
- $\begingroup$ I am not talking about pie menu. When you are moving with G key, without confirming the action press Shift+O to change the falloff. Note that this is modal function key. You are still in the move state. The state of cycling through falloff shows up in the upper left corner. $\endgroup$SSD– SSD2023-01-23 18:01:49 +00:00Commented Jan 23, 2023 at 18:01
- $\begingroup$ Ah ok. That's clear now you've uppdated your question. I doubt it's possible while you're already in the process of moving something. $\endgroup$John Eason– John Eason2023-01-23 19:23:09 +00:00Commented Jan 23, 2023 at 19:23

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. cycles-render-engine), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
