I used the free voucher, and passed the IBM 141 - XML and related technologies with 76% score today, even not as high as I expected, but I am happy about it.
I want to thank all ranchers who provide important information about the test, without your help, I can't pass the test so easily!
About my preparation:
I begin preparation for this test from Nov 20( when I got the free voucher), and about 3-4 hours every day. The material I use: the "Essential XML Quick Reference" book which downloadable from internet, roger's PPT about XML schema and XSLT, and http://java.sun.com/webservices/docs/1.0/tutorial/doc/JAXPSAX.html for SAX.
About the test:
1, 55 qestions in the test,(which is different than IBM told in their website), passing score is 58%.
2, The sample test is very close to the actual test, actually there is some same question between them. I take the sample test twice before I written the test.
3, I feel the actual test is a little bit harder than the sample test, there is 1 question ask about DOM events I never know.
4, The "Financial Report" scenario appears again in my test
, but not the ParserAdapter questions.
Thank you all again! and I will stay around if I can help anybody in this forum.
I will take the 483 and 158 in the near future. It seemed "Product and Other Certifications " forum is not active as this one. If anybody have good forum talk about 483&158, please provide the URL.

I think that book is good enough if you just want to pass. Anyway, the passing score is only 58%.
