How does the free trial work?
The free trial is 7 days and includes 2 nameservers and 10 monitors, just like NS Duo. No credit card is required. Vanity nameserver names are not available on trials.
Is support included?
Yep, our Standard Support is included. For mission critical deployments, we also offer Priority Support.
How do monthly queries work?
1Each nameserver instance has a target capacity of at least 100 million queries per month. In practice you may get more or less (usually it's more), depending upon the configuration and traffic patterns of your domains. For example, higher TTLs allow for higher throughput, while advanced features, such as geo-routing, will reduce throughput.
