I have a simple geotiff file where i wanna query the pixel value of a certain geocoordinate. I have no experience in this topic and there nearly no tutorials or whatever about this topic.

All i know is, its clearly possible... but where to start  ? I need to do this in C# because my whole environment is based on it.
