I exported buffer layers generated from line features as KML using QGIS 3.28, and they are not rendering in Google Earth; other polygon layers (not buffered) are rendering properly. What could be the issue, and how do I resolve it?

    A bit more information about your settings, export options etc. would be helpful. If you create a new, empty qgis project and open the exported buffer layers: do they show? Commented Nov 13 at 12:52
  • It looks like Google Earth does not render complex geometries. The buffer I am trying is for the rivers. I have tested other layers, including powerlines, which are working, but it looks like when the geometries get too complex, it just does not draw properly. Commented Nov 13 at 18:13
