This adds the Helm configuration for systemd, which can be made available for customers via a new 'Helm' tab.

What does this PR do?
This adds the Helm configuration for systemd, which can be made available for customers via a new 'Helm' tab.
Motivation
Customers reaching out looking for Helm configuration options for systemd. The current doc doesn't have that option, but this adds that.
