Hitting "AttributeError: module 'dash.development' has no attribute 'component_loader'" when trying to run the tutorial notebook after running
python3 -m pip install -e .[notebook]in a clean conda environment.From this plotly thread, dashtools may not be compatible with dash 3.x. Thus, we should fix the version to dash 2.x.
