Currently a Web Programmer at Safety Insurance, I've also been researching uses for LLM technologies, including work on a Redmine-integrated chatbot. I've also been heavily involved in:
- integrating our billing servicer's API with our customer- and agent-facing systems; and
- developing the interface for our customers to sign up for our telematics app (that's the program on your phone that tells us how well you drive).
Formerly at Brown University Library, where I worked on
- Brown's Online Course Reserves Application.
- Inscriptions of Israel/Palestine.
- Furnace & Fugue, including the Fugue XSLT-based static site generator.
I also develop Dinerville.
