Refactor the LayoutPredictor to use the D-FINE HF implementation

  • Currently there is no HF transformers release that includes the D-FINE implementation. Therefore, poetry is configured to fetch transformers from their git repo.

Checklist:

  • Documentation has been updated, if necessary.
  • Examples have been added, if necessary.
  • Tests have been added, if necessary.
