| I think the idea is that many IRC clients ask you to set a fallback nick, and it might be a good idea to have that nickname grouped. Not a bad idea to word it this other way tough, I'll bring it up internally |

I would suggest this reads as a step that most people reading the Knowledge Base would want to do but I really don't think it is. It could lead people to think they need to do even more confusing robot conversations than they actually do.
