Gulp deprecated task() API in favor of series()/parallel() API. Gulp 4 requires GulpFile to be a CommonJS module. Since node 6 and below are unsupported, rewrite gulpFile.js in ES6.

Doing the same as with https://github.com/smart-table/smart-table-vue. I plan to upgrade a project I work on to support AngularJS 1.7 (LTS release).
