This PR improves ReactiveCommand a bit:

  • Drop the dumb CreateAsyncFunction methods
  • Add a Fluent™ way to do the Subscribe in one line
  • Hide ICommand completely. RIP.
  • Add Cancellation methods for CreateAsyncTask so that people don't have to learn about how to map between Rx Cancellation Zen and TPL Cancellation Zen
