In case it is useful, this PR includes some very small changes to enable rudimentary support for C++20 concepts. Doxygen and Breathe have some limited support for C++20 concepts and the included changes should match that level of support. (Hopefully Doxygen and Breathe will improve their concepts support in the future.)
In Doxygen, the command is \concept, which corresponds to doxygenconcept in Breathe.
