The unofficial version of Cats Blender Plugin, maintained by Team Neoneko. Cats is a tool designed to shorten steps needed to import and optimize models into VRChat. Compatible models are: MMD, XNALara, Mixamo, Source Engine, Unreal Engine, DAZ/Poser, Blender Rigify, Sims 2, Motion Builder, 3DS Max and potentially more.

With Cats it takes only a few minutes to upload your model into VRChat. All the hours-long processes of fixing your models are compressed into a few functions!

• Blender 5.0 or above (required for Cats 5.0+)
• Download Blender from blender.org
• If you have custom Python installed which Blender might use, you need to have NumPy installed

Important Notes:

• Windows Store Blender: No support provided due to known permission issues
• We do not support Linux Package manager, snap store or the flatpack version of Blender.
• Older Blender versions (4.x and below): No longer supported

1. Download the latest release from Releases
2. In Blender 5.0+, go to Edit > Preferences > Extensions
3. Click Install from Disk
4. Select the downloaded ZIP file (do not extract it)
5. Enable the extension
6. Restart Blender
