This PR updates the site for the 0.16.0 release except for the generated machine package pages, which I could not get to work yet.

@aykevl could you please generate and add those pages to this PR so we can merge it? Thanks!

The ESP8266 doesn't support I2C, it is implemented mostly in software in the official SDK.

See #136 (comment). I could work around that but it seems like a good idea to add Go module support anyway for reproducible builds (and I still wonder why it doesn't work for you).

OK, everything updated, docs regenerated, etc, and pushed to this branch.
