这个工程是来练习 WindowInsetsControllerCompat 的代码。
一直以来 Android 的沉浸式都是一个让我感觉到很麻烦的事情，之前 Android 官方文档使用 View#systemUiVisibility 来实现的，而各种 flag 理解和记忆都很麻烦。
Android 最新是推荐我们使用 WindowInsetsControllerCompat 来控制 Android 的窗口，包含statusBar 和 navigationBar。我们可以根据实际需要很简单的完成想要的效果。
