Note: It appears that these changes would render SysProcess broken on tvOS, but this seems to be a non-critical class within the Perfect core.
With this change (and the others from Perfect-HTTPServer, Perfect-Thread, and Perfect-Crypto), Perfect compiled and ran successfully on tvOS.
