New glitch types:

• Blocks, Displacement (creates a horizontal row from random parts of the image)
• Overall, Displacement (a new image is created from random parts of the original image)
• Horizontal, Pixels, Randomly Order
• Horizontal, Pixels, Sort Order (randomly decides to sort by hue, luminosity, or saturation)

Other changes:

• Renamed some glitch types to make them easier to understand.
• Updated to the .NET Framework v4.8
