Describe the bug
Once at version 9.3.4.3, the FAN % readings are incorrect by a factor of 1/10th (probably due to percentage calculation).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open AlienFX GUI
2. Click on 'Lights' -> 'Colors' -> 'Events Monitoring';
3. Add a Performance monitoring FAN RPM
4. Set yor fans to maximum speed (I've used the G-mode on my alienware)
5. When fans reach top RPM speed, the value shown is 10% instead of 100%

Expected behavior
The percentage RPM from max should be 100% at max, not 10%.
