What problem does this address?

This came up as part of the eleventh call for testing for the FSE Outreach Program. After selecting an initial menu, it isn't quite obvious how to change your selection due to the current text "Select Menu".

What is your proposed solution?

While the flow works nicely once you realize the intent, it might be a neat enhancement to change "Select Menu" to "Switch Menu" after selecting the initial menu in the placeholder options. Here are two quick options:

To be clear, I do think this initial setup state should say "Select Menu":
