Update to the ACT-R release (7.27.7) from 19 July 2022.

• the actr-slim package removes examples, tutorials, and extras
• the actr-super-slim package removes examples, tutorials, extras, docs and most of the environment

• slim version removes examples, tutorials, and extras
• super slim version also removes the docs and (most of) the environment
