The README installation instructions fail because the tap repository does not exist.
Steps to reproduce
brew install basecamp/fizzy-cli/fizzy-cliError
==> Tapping basecamp/fizzy-cli Cloning into ... remote: Repository not found. fatal: repository 'https://github.com/basecamp/homebrew-fizzy-cli/' not found
