Summary

Set up GitHub Actions workflow to automatically publish to hex.pm on tagged releases.

Details

  • Publish to hex.pm when a version tag (e.g., v0.2.0) is pushed
  • Requires HEX_API_KEY secret configured in GitHub repo settings
