note: realized this doesn't actually work (microsoft/vscode#243875) but I will fix that today and wait to merge until then

Pull Request Overview
This PR aims to simplify the vscode MCP setup by replacing manual environment variable configuration with an input-based setup using VS Code settings.
- Updated installation instructions for the MCP configuration
- Modified the JSON configuration to prompt for the GitHub Personal Access Token instead of directly setting an environment variable
