add a "really quit?" dialog #11291

Description

@hedges333

What would you like to be added?

Please add a "really quit? [y/N]" exit prompt instead of double-ctrl-C.

Why is this needed?

Double-ctrl-D already exits the gemini-cli like one would expect. Double-ctrl-C has the same behavior. However, if I'm in an interactive shell prompt under the new 0.9.0 shell features, I might get frustrated and hit ctrl-C a bunch to get the shell command to quit. And then I find I have quit gemini-cli entirely and lost all my conversation context, which sets me back.
