This is a fork of the work on mail notifications from https://github.com/renatonascalves and https://github.com/haleeben extended with the ability to define E-Mail addresses on a forum basis.
If there is no moderator for a specific forum defined, it will check the parent forums and i there is also none then is uses the globally defined address from the bbpress settings page.
The per-forum moderation is done with a additional meta box and can be toggled in the settings.
