Steps to reproduce

I created a chatflow and published it as a web app. Why do some users/PCs experience lost conversation history when using the app? These records still exist in the logs, but are no longer displayed in the UI interface.

The user did not change the browser or clear the cache/local storage, so there should not have been any changes to the end_user or session-id.
