Let a strong model (Claude Opus, GPT Codex) execute this once to generate
a Python/LiteLLM script that smaller local models (7B–14B via Ollama or
LM Studio) can run reliably with less bias. Breaks workflow logic into
atomic strict JSON calls. Plain MD clawflows that are just reminders are
left as-is — wrapping only where repeated AI decisions on variable input
create inconsistency.
