I received an alert for the metric ovpn_server_cert_expire, indicating that the OpenVPN server certificate is about to expire.

Could you please clarify:
1. What is the recommended process to renew the OpenVPN server certificate?
2. After renewing the server certificate, do I also need to reissue and redistribute new client certificates to all existing users?
