| http://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/indexing.html#set-reset-index ad-hoc indexing. This would be expanded in any event (and maybe moved to http://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/basics.html#renaming-mapping-labels) as these are the same idea. |
