Set following env variables for EDL for harmony calls :

• UAT_USERNAME
• UAT_PASSWORD
• OPS_USERNAME
• OPS_PASSWORD

Install following python libraries :

• jupyter
• xarray
• netcdf4
• git+https://github.com/podaac/l2ss-py.git

Set input_token in jupyter notebook will be an input if using papermill

Set collection id to test will be an input if using papermill

Set environment where collection will be an input if using papermill

Run Jupyter notebook and run entire notebook or each section individually
