This moves all the code into a new top-level directory called VariableAnalysis, which allows the phpcs.xml import to read simply:

<rule ref="VariableAnalysis"/>

Fixes #2

Thanks so much to @GaryJones for the fix!

(This will be a breaking change, so we need a major version bump)
