Description
Moved volume 03, 2025 release changes into flutter examples master branch.
Checked out the 31.1.17 latest Flutter build locally and copied the sample browser folder and pasted it into the flutter examples folder.
Removed unwanted test folders, iml etc.
Changed version in pubspec as 31.1.17. (for both pub packages and pubspec version)
Folder structure should be similar like flutter examples master repo.
