| We may want to include a XXX box or similar so that Edge doesn't feel a need to change their implementation. Since if we do eventually fix this to be an array or frozen array, the behavior will be a lot closer to Edge's. |

| In that case we could still preserve FileList, but how likely is it that we'll touch this again? There's been debate around that for years and nobody has put in the effort. |
