I Can Only Imagine 2, I loved #1 so much I bought it and so I’m pretty sure I’ll be buying this one too

In The Kitchen…
Looking for some new to us recipes. So far ai have 2: Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing & Crockpot Kielbasa and Green Beans

Today’s To Do List…
No plans yet but I would love to take Kaiyo to the park & flea market, we took her a few weekends ago and she didn’t stop wagging her tail the whole time, she loved it!

A Favorite Bible Verse…
Ezekiel 16:6, known as the “blood verse.”

“And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in
thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live.”

I know 100% that this Bible verse will stop blood. When I was growing up the lady across the street, whose name was Goldie, was one of my mom’s friends. One day she called my mom in hysterics and said she had tried to get something stuck in the garbage disposal unstuck and got her hand caught. My mom ran over there and helped her get it unstuck and when she pulled it out it was pouring blood. My mom said the Blood verse and it stopped bleeding. She also was called for family members and others to stop blood.There is also a Fire verse for when someone gets burned.I’ll share it next week.

For Tina who let me know she was thinking of me during the loss of Tator Tot and learning that Kaiyo has an enlarged heart.

I had planned on starting this already but I haven’t because a few things have happened that I had to mentally deal with, and still haven’t 100%..

First of all my grandcat Tater Tot would roam around but stayed next door at my son and daughter in law’s house most of the day and at night. He would jump the fence into my yard at 5:30 every morning because I would feed my dog and 2 cats then and take him some food outside.He’d also come over and visit sometimes if I sat outside. As soon as I would open the door in the garaage to go outside I could hear him meowing. A few weeks ago I didn’t hear him and when I went outside and called him he didn’t come running. I knew he sometimes roamed so I wasn’t worried, I just thought he was wandering and would be back soon. He wasn’t. My son posted his photo on FB to see if anyone had seen him in the neighborhood and someone responded with a photo of a cat they saw that had been hit by a car laying in the road behind us. It looked like Tater Tot. I get deeply attached to the animals in my life. I’m still grieving Patches who died in Oct. ’15. She was my soul dog.

Then I found out that Kaiyo has an enlarged heart. When you look at her body you can see her body from her front legs to the middle of her body is a lot bigger than it was, and she gasps for air sometimes. Her vet put her on a medicine and her breathing is getting better. Anthony found a heart specialist vet and I’m trying to get her an appt. there but you have to have your regular vet refer her but she won’t be in her office until Tuesday. My brain has been rattled since.

Staying home with Kaiyo. I did go get lunch at TB yesterday but only because Anthony was home with her

Grateful…
That Anthony finally decided to get a new car. He’s been driving an F150a truck which he kept but the company he works for moved to Tampa a while back and so he had to start driving an hour each way instead of 10 minute. It used a lot more gas going that far. He got a 2026 Electric Solterra. We both love it

News about Kaiyo…
She has always squealed when she would go outside and sit on her elevated dog bed. One day she didn’t and hasn’t since.The next day she started acting like she was having trouble breathing. I got worried so I took her to the vet. They took an xray and the vet came back in and told me she has an enlarged heart. I asked her why it enlarged and what she needed to have done. She said she’d give me a script for some medicine to give her 3 times a day. So that’s what I’m doing. I’m still worried about her and if it doesn’t stop in a while I want to take her to a vet hostpital where they specialize in dog’s hearts. I’m still grieving the loss of Patches who was my soul dog and told Anthony that I don’t think I’ll ever get another dog. It’s too hard when they leave you.
